ONLINE STUDENT ENROLLMENT

How to Register with Enrollment Online 1. Go to https://aliefhac1.aliefisd.net/EO_Parent/User/Login.aspx 2. Click on Register New Account.

3. Complete the registration screen that displays. **Note – Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. 4. When you have completed entering all of the required information, click Submit.

5. Once registration is complete, the Online Student Enrollment screen will display.

Create a New Enrollment Online Form 1. After you create a login account, you will see the Welcome/Instructions screen.

2. Click on New Application button. 3. You will see New Student Registration and click GO.

New Student Information Screen/Data Entry 1. Input all required student information in the screen as they display. *Note: All fields with red asterisks are required. Also, run your cursor over fields or dropdowns to see “tooltips” regarding the field.

     

use dropdown to select – Jr., II, etc. select male or female enter birth date as it appears on birth certificate enter social security number as shown on card select appropriate button select appropriate option select language spoken at home select language for correspondence

*Note: Only English and Spanish are available at this time.

Student Address and Phone Tab 1. If Address and Phone screen is collapsed, click on the `+’ sign to open. 2. The system automatically fills out the Physical Address section with the address you used when registering for their Enrollment Online account. If student’s address is different, make changes as is appropriate. 3. Review fields. 4. Click Save to save this section of information prior to moving to next screen.

Contact Information 1. If Contact Information screen is collapsed, click on the `+’ sign to open. 2. Click on the Add Contact button.

3. The Content Information screen will display. Complete the required fields for Guardian (parents or legal guardian),

4. Click Save to save this information before continuing to next screen.

Completing the Enrollment Online Process 1. After you have completed entering all of the required data, click the save button. 2. Read the “Agreement” language at the bottom of the form and click the box next to “I Agree”. This is an electronic signature that signifies that you agree to the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided.

3. Click the Submit button to complete the Enrollment Online Process.

Note: Remember to bring all required documents to complete the registration at the campus. Required documents:  Completed registration packet  Birth Certificate  Social Security Card (if applicable)  Proof of Residency (two documents)  Immunization Record  Withdrawal Form or Report Card  Parent ID
