Money Transfer TERMS & CONDITIONS In consideration of National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC (hereafter referred to as the “Bank”) agreeing to make available the Money Transfer Facility offered by U.A.E. Exchange L.L.C. (hereafter referred to as the “Money Transfer Service”) to the Cardmember (as defined hereunder) at the Cardmember’s request, the Cardmember hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1 Definitions: Under these Terms and Conditions, where the context so admits, the following expressions shall have the meaning herein designated unless otherwise distinguished: 1.1 “Bank” means National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC 1.2 “Primary Cardholder” means the person other than a Supplementary Cardmember who is issued a Primary Credit Card and to whom the card account is first opened by the Bank. 1.3 “Cardmember” means the person for whose use the FGB Visa and/or MasterCard Credit Card is issued by the bank and includes the primary Cardmember and any supplementary Cardmember. 1.4 “Credit Card” means the FGB Visa Card and/or FGB MasterCard issued by the bank to the Cardmember and includes the basic, supplementary and replacement cards. 2 Eligibility: 2.1 The Money Transfer Service is offered exclusively to FGB Primary Credit Cardholder, (who meets the criteria determined by the Bank for this service and to whom the offer to participate in such service has been communicated by the Bank.) 2.2 The Bank shall issue the Money Transfer Service to the Primary Card member at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse such services without revealing the reasons for such refusal. 3 Money Transfer: 3.1 U.A.E. Exchange L.L.C. provides the Money Transfer Service on behalf of the Bank 3.2 Primary Card member will have to call the Bank’s call center to avail the service. 3.3 Primary Card member needs to provide following details for Money Transfer 3.3.1 Details of the remitter 3.3.1.1 First Name 3.3.1.2 Middle Name 3.3.1.3 Last Name 3.3.1.4 PO Box No FGB is a registered trademark owned by National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC

3.8 The purpose of Remittance can be any one of the purposes given below: 3.8.1 Business Travel 3.8.2 Family Maintenance 3.8.3 Insurance Premium 3.8.4 Interest on Loans 3.8.5 Investment in Equity Shares 3.8.6 Investment in Real Estate 3.8.7 Investment in Securities 3.8.8 Other Remittances 3.8.9 Repatriation of Business Profits 3.8.10 Repayment of Loans 3.8.11 Trade Purposes 3.9 The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused by the Money Transfer Service. 3.10 The Primary Card member will provide all such documents and explanations as sought by the bank at the time of making the request or any time thereafter which may be required by the bank or any regulatory authorities. 3.11 The remittance is subject to the rules and regulation existing in UAE and the receiving country at the time of transfer 3.12 Upon successful debit of the amount to be transferred, the Bank shall send an SMS to the customer’s registered mobile phone with the reference number of the transaction. 3.13 This number is only a reference code and can be used for any enquiry purpose with us. This is not a confirmation that the exchange house has remitted the funds to the intended beneficiary. 4. Exchange Rate 4.1. The exchange rate offered by the bank to the cardholders will be the U. A. E Exchange counter rates. 4.2. The above rates offered by the Bank are final and not amendable and the Primary Cardholder shall, under all circumstances, abide by the rates so offered by the Bank. 5. Amount of the Money Transfer

5.1. The minimum amount for Money Transfer shall be AED 1,000 and the maximum amount of transfer will be based on the bank’s policy applicable at the time of transfer. 5.2. The amount for the Money Transfer Service charged on the card will include the interest component in addition to the principal Money Transfer amount requested by the customer. 5.3. The Bank shall have the right to determine the amount of any Money Transfer it issues at its sole discretion, provided that the same is within the limits described in Clause 5.1 above and does not exceed the amount requested by the Primary Cardmember. 5.4. The Bank shall be entitled to charge fees on the service offered. 6. Billing and Repayment of the Money Transfer 6.1. Monthly Installment Plan: 6.1.1. The Money Transfer outstanding amount will be reflected in the next monthly statement and will be added to the Outstanding Balance of the Credit Card. 6.1.2. Payments for Money transfers shall be as per terms and conditions stipulated in the Credit Card Agreement. 6.1.3. The repayment of the amount booked will be either in equated monthly installments based on the period of tenure opted by the Primary Cardholder or on daily interest rate basis. 6.1.4. The interest charged on the amount booked will be a flat rate as decided by the Bank from time to time and will be levied upfront. No interest will be reversed on premature cancellation of the plan. In addition, AED 100 cancellation fee will be charged. 6.1.5. The monthly installment amount will be part of monthly minimum payment due. 7. Acceptance of Telephonic Instructions 7.1. The Primary Card member authorizes the Bank to accept telephonic instructions given to the Bank to issue the Money Transfer whenever the Bank receives a telephone call from a person who identifies himself/herself as being the Primary Card member. 7.2. The Primary Card member agrees that the confirmation by the caller of the Primary Card member’s identity, by provision of the personal details required by the Bank, will be sufficient evidence for the Bank to identify the caller and to act upon his/her instructions. 7.3. The Primary Card member hereby consents to the recording of such telephone calls by the Bank and accepts such recordings as evidence before a Court of Law or any other legal proceedings with regards to all the particulars of the Money Transfer including, but not limited to issuance of the Money Transfer, its amount, number of installments, etc. The Primary Card member consents to the use of such recordings by the Bank. 7.4. The Primary Card member authorizes the bank to accept instructions pertaining to Money Transfer received by a letter, telephone, internet, IVR, SMS, or any other channel introduced by the bank from time to time. However, the bank reserves the right to reject any or all of these modes of communication at bank’s sole discretion at any point in time 7.5. Any default in payment of the installment amount shall be charged interest as part of the card outstanding. 7.6. The Primary Card member agrees that the Bank’s records pertaining to the Money Transfer will be final and binding and that he/she shall not deny the validity of the transactions made with relation to the Money Transfer. 8. Disputes 8.1. In the event of any customer Complaint/Enquiry for non receipt of funds by the beneficiary, the customer shall contact UAE Exchange’s customer complaint Cell on 043535350 8.2. Stop Payment Instruction/ beneficiary detail amendments shall be routed through the Bank to ensure controls. 9. Indemnity 9.1. The Primary Card member agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Bank against any loss, cost, damage, expense, liability or proceeding incurred by the Bank by reason of these Terms and Conditions or any breach thereof or as a result of it acting upon the Primary Card member’s instructions. 9.2. The Bank shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable to the Cardholder for any delay, non-performance, non-occurrence or failure with respect to the service, which is due to an event of Force Majeure. In such an event, the Bank may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and terminate these terms and conditions and Bank’s obligation to the Cardholder is automatically discharged without liability to the Bank and necessity of the Bank to provide notice to the Cardholder. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Bank including amongst other things, strikes or other industrial disputes, acts and/or regulations of any governmental or national bodies or authorities in any jurisdiction (including without limitation any charges to laws which could hinder, delay, restrict or prohibit the service) or any transport, port or air disruption, Acts of God; hurricane, tornado, or other weather conditions; labor strike, lockout or other industrial disturbance or; war, riot, sabotage, act of public enemy or threat of any of the foregoing; terrorist act or gang violence or threat of any of the foregoing; flood or other natural disaster. 9.3. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be without prejudice to the existing FGB Credit Card Agreement Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the FGB Credit Card, which shall apply to the Money Transfer Service.

9.4. If at any time dispute arises in connection with either the Money Transfer Service or these Terms and Conditions, the Bank’s decision in connection with the same shall be final and binding. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Money Transfer Service without prior notice. 9.5. The Bank may from time to time, without giving prior written notice to the Primary Card member, change any provision of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. 9.6. The Primary Card member acknowledges that the Money Transfer service is provided by the service provider and that the Bank cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or any other complaint with the provision or non-provision of the service by U.A.E. Exchange and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible for any damages for any charges or claims caused by the Cardholder engaging the services of U.A.E. Exchange. 9.7.The Primary Card member acknowledges that he/she has read the entire Terms and Conditions and accepts to be bound by them. The Primary Card member also agrees that his/her usage of the Money Transfer Service establishes his/her consent to these Terms and Conditions. 9.8.The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE and the Primary Card member hereby submits irrevocably to the laws of the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Abu Dhabi. Such submissions shall however not prejudice the rights of the Bank to bring proceedings against the Primary Card member in any other jurisdiction. 9.9 Credit Card Terms and conditions apply.
