ONLINE BANKING LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: LOGIN AT THE HOMEPAGE 1. Login at our homepage: esfcu.org 2. The “User ID” is your new Educational Systems FCU account number, NOT your MCT username. This is the account number we sent to you in the mail. If you did not receive your account number, please call us, stop by a branch or email us at [email protected]
USER ID = New Educational Systems FCU Account Number 3. Click “Log In” COMMON MISSTEP / RESULT MISSTEP: Entering your MCT account number or MCT User ID. RESULT: Both will result in Online Banking producing a bogus security question that is used to fool fraudsters. The next screen you will see if you correctly enter your account number is the password screen shown below.
STEP 2: ENTER YOUR PASSWORD 1. Your “Password” is the Last Four Digits of the Primary Member’s Social Security number. PASSWORD = Last Four Digits of the Primary Member’s Social Security Number
PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary password. You will be asked to change this password after you login and establish your Online Banking security questions. This will be further explained in a few steps.

STEP 3: AGREE TO THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 1. Click “Enroll”
STEP 4: SELECT IMAGE AND PASSPHRASE 1. Select a “Passphrase” you will recognize. This is not a password, but rather a word that will appear automatically each time you login alongside the image you select in the next step. 2. Select an “Image” you will recognize (there are several to choose from). This image will appear with your “Passphrase” each time you login, adding another level of security to protect your information. 3. When you login the next time, you will see both your “Passphrase” and “Image”. This will show you that you are, in fact, logging into Educational Systems FCU Online Banking. 4. Click “Next” COMMON MISSTEP / RESULT MISSTEP: Assuming the passphrase is a password or username. RESULT: The passphrase is a word that you will recognize and that will display each time you login to Online Banking. It is an assurance that you are logging into Educational Systems FCU Online Banking. Select a simple word that you don’t use as a password or username.

STEP 5: SELECT CHALLENGE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Select your three “Challenge Questions” from the pulldowns. 2. Fill in your answers (NOTE: Your answers are case-sensitive). 3. Select whether you are using a personal computer or a public computer. If you are using a public computer, you will need to re-enter this information the next time you login. This setting safeguards your information. If you are using a personal computer, this information will be stored in your cache and will populate the next time you login. 4. Click “Next” PLEASE NOTE: When you login in the future, if you are presented a security question that you did not establish in this step, then you know you did not enter a correct User ID, which is your account number.
STEP 6: CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS 1. Confirm all the information you have entered. 2. Click “Finish”

STEP 7: CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD 1. Type the last four digits of the Primary Member’s Social Security number in the “Old Password” box.
This is NOT Your Old MCT Password.
OLD PASSWORD = The Last Four Digits of the Primary Member’s Social Security Number 2. Select a New Password. NEW PASSWORD = Is 6 to 12 characters in length Contains both numbers as well as uppercase and lowercase letters Is NOT, your account number, mailing address, Social Security number or name. 3. Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm Password” field. 4. Click “Submit” PLEASE NOTE: If you did not have an email address associated with your account prior to conversion, Online Banking will ask you to input an email address after you change your password. Then you can proceed to the transaction screen visible below.

PLEASE NOTE: Your pop-up blocker must be disabled to use BillPayer. n You can view your history, prior to January 1, in your eStatements located on the “eDocuments” tab. If you did not receive eStatements prior to conversion, you’ll need to visit the “Your Preferences” tab and click on “eStatements selection” to view your history prior to January 1. You can re-visit the “My Preferences” tab and select “US Mail” if you would still like to receive paper statements. n Click the “Logout” button in the upper-right corner of the page to log out of Online Banking.
